- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We presently accept PayPal, and bank transfers through Maybank2u, Ambank and POSB (DBS). If you would like to use a credit card, we suggest using PayPal – it’s free to open an account & make a payment =)
Top - How do I pay using Maybank2u?
- If you choose to use Maybank2u, we recommend using a third-party online transfer to our bank account within 48 hours of placing your order. Transfer instructions will be provided upon completing the order (during the checkout process).
Top - What currencies do you accept?
- We presently trade in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The currency switcher at the top of every page will give you an estimate of the cost in selected global currencies.
- If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be billed in US dollars (USD$1 = RM3.45+).
- Customers in Singapore can opt for a bank transfer to our POSB bank account. Transfers will be handled in Singapore dollars.
- Customers in Malaysia can opt for a bank transfer to our Maybank2u or Ambank bank accounts. Transfers will be handled in Malaysian Ringgit.

- Yes. We ship to over 30 major countries covered by Pos Malaysia and DHL Global Mail. International shipping rates and delivery times are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page. We are working towards bringing more shipping service providers to TheNewColour – stay tuned for more options.
Top - How much do I have to pay for shipping?
- We calculate shipping based on the total weight of all items in your order. On average, standard shipping for an item weighing under 500g would cost between RM5-RM10 within Malaysia, and between RM10-RM21 for the rest of the world. For more details, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page.
Top - How do I check the status of my order / delivery?
- Upon placing your order, you will receive an email from TheNewColour with an order number. We usually pack all orders and ship them out on the following business day. As soon as we have shipped out your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number, and instructions on how to trace it. You can always login to your account to check on the status of your order.
Top - What is the return and refund policy?
- We presently do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been successfully shipped out. We will guarantee that we examine and pack all orders accurately. If you do have any problems with a purchase, please email help@TheNewColour.com.
