Shipping doesn’t have to be difficult. And it won’t be at TheNewColour. We promise to be transparent with all our rates, and will always aim to keep shipping rates simple.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping rates vary according to the destination country.

How Much Does It Cost?

Upon placing your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the estimated weight of the total order. All our products feature the estimated weight, so you can easily calculate the shipping costs at any time.

A dress usually weighs about 200g (0.2kg). Based on the rate table below, the shipping cost would be as follows:

• Singapore: RM10 (SGD $4.30+)
• Australia / New Zealand: RM14 (AUD $5.90+)
• United Kingdom: RM17 (GBP £3.30+)
• Canada / United States: RM21 (USD $6+)

How Do We Ship?

Once we have received your payment (almost instantly!), we will carefully wrap and pack your order. All orders will be shipped out before the end of the next business day.

All deliveries within Malaysia are shipped using Pos Malaysia (PosLaju). All international deliveries are shipped using DHL Global Mail.

Important Things on Shipping Within Malaysia:

• Express Shipping (PosLaju): a signature is required on delivery and we STRONGLY suggest a work address. PosLaju will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If they cannot successfully deliver your parcel after two attempts they will hold the goods at their selected post office. Any additional delivery charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer / customer.
• If you have any special instructions, such as requesting Pos Malaysia to leave the parcel at the front door if no one is there to receive the goods, please email us as soon as you receive the Order Confirmation email.

International Shipping

TheNewColour ships worldwide within 7 – 14 business days using DHL Global Mail. However, at times, deliveries to international destinations may face delays due to local customs procedures.

• Shipping charges DO NOT include any individual country’s customs fees, tariffs or duties. All parcels will have it’s ACTUAL VALUE declared.
